Additional material includes two woman's diaries, land records, a history of the Bushnell Family, and Hattie E. Kurtz's school notebook. Of unusual interest is a black & white photograph of Abraham Lincoln taken by Matthew Brady in Washington, DC in 1864.

The Fonda Family were some of the early Dutch settlers in Albany, New York. Fonda relatives were also found in Schenectady and Saratoga counties, as well as some members becoming tenants of the Rensselaerswyck Patroon. This collection includes deeds, personal correspondence, bonds, and other legal documents.

Gansevoort and Ten Eyck Family Papers Inventory, 1711-1902

Harmen Harmanse was the patriarch of the Gansevoort family in Albany, New York, arriving in the area by 1657. Although not the first Ten Eyck in America, Jacob C. Ten Eyck was the first to come to Albany, moving from Manhattan after 1654. The two families intermarried several times over the years, along with other Dutch families in the area. This collection includes correspondence, financial records, estate records, and other family-related information.

Consists of land records (deeds, indentures, leases, and mortgages) associated with Ebenezer and his son Charles S. Landers for parcels in Afton, Bainbridge, Jericho, and South Bainbridge, Chenango County, NY. Among the other names included on these documents are: Sarah C. Landers, Margaret C. Landers, Arthur L. Fisher, Marshall Hill, Devillo Church, George Bliss, and Peter Betts. A scrapbook entitled "Landers Family Records - line of Thomas Landers of Lenox, MA," contains original Landers family correspondence and receipts, 1781-1846; newspaper clippings; photographs; and a color copy of the Landers family shield.

Leonard Gansevoort, Jr. Papers, 1770-1839

Leonard Gansevoort, Jr. (1754-1834) was a lawyer, served the American cause during the Revolutionary War, was a member and later secretary of the Albany Commissioners for Detecting and Defeating Conspiracies, and served on Albany Council Committees for many years.

Pruyn Family Papers, 1679-1978

The Pruyn Family Papers contains documents relating to three consecutive generations of the John Pruyn Family, along with genealogies and personal papers of more distant family relations. An autograph collection of presidents, statesmen, and local historic figures is included. The ownership of 43-45 North Pearl Street is documented from the first sale in 1679 to the last in 1968. The estates of Eleanor Erving, Justine Bayard Erving and Van Rensselaer Pruyn are also documented.

Zwack and Sons Funeral Home Records Inventory, 1886-1938

The Zwack and Sons Funeral Home was established in 1894 by John Zwack. In the beginning the business name was Zwack Funeral Home. Then in 1916 his son joined the business changing the name to Zwack & Son Funeral Home, then his other son (Raymond) joined the business, and they changed the name to Zwack & Sons Funeral Home. At some point in time, possibly between 1990 and 2010 the Zwack Funeral Home was taken over by the Scott & Barbieri funeral Home chain , but they continue to keep their original name. This collection contains bills receipts, cemetery plot deeds, and receipt confirmation cards.
