Comprised mainly of photographs documenting students, faculty, and campus events, as well as administrative papers relating to the organization's independence from the Student Association, the Albany Student Press Records offer a glimpse into the newspaper's activities from the late 1960s to 1990s.

The collection includes stock publicity photographs, but is special for the many informal snapshots of Steber at various functions throughout her career. The snapshots include photographs of a television screen during broadcasts of Steber performances.

George Hamlin (1868-1923) was an American tenor. His daughter, Anna (1900-1988), was a soprano and voice instructor. The George and Anna Hamlin papers, dating from 1868 to 1983, document the careers of both vocalists through clippings, diaries, autograph books, programs, publicity materials, scores, photographs, and correspondence.

Two scrapbooks documenting the life and career of George F. Rand, Jr. One scrapbook was assembled after Rand's death and contains clippings regarding Rand's passing. The other scrapbook was assembled in the mid-1930s and highlights Rand's career in Buffalo, N.Y.

The materials in this collection were collected, created, and used by Mr. Herald Price Fahringer. These materials were donated to the Charles B. Sears Law Library at the University at Buffalo after his death in 2015.

The collection of Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Buffalo and Summer Camps Records contains a wide range of material, dominated by photographs and program-related materials for the JCC, Camp Lakeland and Camp Centerland. A collection of 300 black and white photographs of ballet dancers and choreographers, chiefly from the 1950s. Many of the photographs bear inscriptions to Dr. Perry and a very small number were accompanied by correspondence or clippings.

Manhattan Hotel photos includes images of the bar and the exterior of the Manhattan Hotel in Buffalo, New York, circa 1909. The proprietor of the hotel, Mack G. Anderson, is featured along with the hotel's bartender and visiting guests.
