Contains 236 posters created for academic departments and administrative offices of Parsons The New School for Design, including promotional posters for summer sessions and study abroad programs, recruiting by specific departments, and publicity for exhibitions, public programs, and internship fairs. With the exception of a 1927 poster advertising a dance, the series does not contain any material created prior to 1956.

The James T. Cox Collection consists of plays, both professional and amateur (student), musicals, and screenplays. Also included are several videotapes of the Marist College Council on Theatre Arts productions. The portion of the collection consisting of student written plays was developed by Gerard A. Cox.

Ouspensky [Box 9]; address books and social records from the mid to late 1940s during her marriage to Hamilton Fish Armstrong [Box 10]; biographical information, photographs, and financial documents [Box 11]; and research for, and drafts of, a majority of her writing [Boxes 12-16].
