The Academic Regalia collection contains robes, hoods, and caps worn by University of Rochester administrators, faculty, students, and trustees at formal events. Descriptions of regalia include the name of the manufacturer (Cotrell and Leonard, for example) when this information is known. Each set of regalia has been assigned a number, which appears before the title of the item(s).

Material related to the events leading up to and following the November 8, 1967 Dow Chemical Company job interview at which students and faculty blocked the way of those wishing to be interviewed.

Correspondence, publicity, etc. for a 39-week radio series, "Let's Learn Spanish," which was prepared by Time Inc. and sponsored by the University of Rochester over WHAM radio in 1944 and 1945.

The Musical Activities Collection includes six series: Correspondence and Other Records (1932-1987); Programs (1875-2014, undated); Photographs, Color Slides, and Negatives (1908-1987); Posters (1911-1985); Scrapbooks (1884-1995); and Audio and Video Recordings (1940-2010).

The collection contains material related to Orientation programs for first-year undergraduate students, including transfer students, from 1941 onward. Items within the collection tend to address one of three audiences: students, their families, or staff and faculty at the University.

Folders for Enlisted Reserve Corp (ERC), Army Air Corp Reserve (AACR), Marine Corp Reserve, Navy Reserve. Contents include filled-out mimeographed forms indicating status of individual students and carbons of correspondence regarding status of students.

The Reunions collection contains materials related to University reunions from the Class of 1871 to the present. Items include publications; ephemera; mailings; photographs; and planning documents such as meeting minutes, itineraries, registration forms, and information about alumni. Materials were generated by the Office of Alumni Relations and by alumni volunteers who worked with them to plan reunions. Among other activities, reunion planners collected updates from alumni and used them to create a booklet about members of a given class. This publication has varied in style and has been circulated under a variety of titles over the years: "Questionnaires," "Personal History," "Autobiographies," "Life Lines," "Alumni Updates," "Bulletin," "Who's Who in the Class of ___?," and more recently "Class Memory Book." In these booklets, alumni have shared memories from the University of Rochester and details about their career paths, families, and other aspects of their lives.
