Agricultural Development Council

Record Group 2 of the Agricultural Development Council collection primarily contains Fellowship files, administrative records of the Fellowship Program, Core Program files, records of both the Regional Research and Training Program (RRTP) and the Research and Training Network (RTN) as well as conference, seminar and workshop files and papers. Of particular note, there is also a small volume of Board of Trustees files and Field Office Staff reports.

This collection of photographs contains indivdiual and group portraits of JDR 3rd and family, as well as informal and candid shots. Also documented are JDR 3rd's Asia activities primarily in Japan, philanthropic activities and events, travel, and a small selection of images of JDR 3rd with various dignitaries.

This collection primarily consists of interior and exterior photographs of Kykuit through the years (Kykuit I, Kykuit II and Kykuit III) including construction and remodeling shots, as well as the surrounding grounds including the gardens, sculpture, golf course, and other estate residences and buildings. There is also a small selection of aerial views, as well as historic photographs of the village, school, railroad, and Union Chuch of Pocantico Hills.

Elizabeth J. McCormack served as an associate for John D. Rockefeller 3rd and Blanchette Hooker Rockefeller, and she later served as an associate for Laurance S. Rockefeller. The philanthropic interests of all three Rockefeller family members are represented in this small collection, including documentation of activities related to the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, the Population Council, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Commission on Private Philanthropy and Public Needs (The Filer Commission), the Synergos Institute, and Spelman College. Files often include Board and Committee records, correspondence, and reports.
