Road survey notes prepared by A.H. Foster for roads in the towns of Amboy, Mexico, Parish, and Williamstown, as well as the village of Camden and Florence in the period 1832-1872. The notes appear on separate slips of paper and typically indicate only compass directions and distances as measured in chains. Included in these notes are several copies of road surveys made in the area of Elijah Blake made in the ca. 1790-1801 period.
