Collection holds the office files of Ford Foundation Program Officer John Phillip Santos. The files were created during Santos' time in the Media, Arts, and Culture Unit (MAC) of the Education, Media, Arts, and Culture Program (EMAC).
The collection contains oversize proofs and mock-ups of Ford Foundation publications, internal memos referencing edits to publications, photographs and negatives from various publications, and books from the Ford Foundation's library.
Ford Foundation records, Publications (Non-Grant Related), Accession 2017:050 consists of pamphlets, reprints, brochures, reports, conference papers, and other publications by the Ford Foundation or by authors involved in Ford Foundation projects.
The collection contains Jon Funabiki's office files from the Media, Arts and Culture (MAC) Unit with the Knowledge, Creativity and Freedom (KCF) Program, including grant records, grant-related materials such as RGAs, reports, article clippings, handwritten notes, grantees annual reports, financial statements, correspondence, office files, and meeting materials.
