Final report of the 1982-1983 Computing Center Advisory Committee, August 5, 1983, regarding the strengthening of computer networking abilities, upgrading the IBM 3033, enhancing Rensselaer's computing offerings for education and research, as well as establishing personal computer programs to focus on more advanced computing systems.

This collection contains four folders of records from the Cooperative Education Office of Rensselaer. The first folder consists of co-op program information and student guides for graduate and undergraduate students. The second folder contains an annual report from the Career Development Center, and co-op recruiting information for employers. The third folder consists of co-op status summaries, and the fourth folder contains co-op ads, articles, flyers, and programs, information on an engineering research co-op program, and information on a job-a-thon that was held at RPI in 1992.

Photographs, reports, newsletters, memorada, program descriptions, reviews, and related materials documenting the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at RPI compiled by Professor Ronald Bailey, 1947-1991. Also, a copy of Professor Bailey's 2022 manuscript history of the department, a history of the Major Instrumentation Center by Dr. Schwartz, and Christmas cards sent to the RPI chemistry community by John B. Cloke.

Includes an RPI Department of Rational and Technical Mechanics Visitation Day Program, dated November 1, 1941, by Edwin A. Allen. It contains information on the Visitation Day Committee personnel, departmental staff, history of the department, course descriptions, lab equipment, and departmental objectives. The item also includes two photos of committee personnel.

This collection contains 35 millimeter slides from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering Department, as well as slides of RPI buildings, class notes, and diagrams. Also included are numerous VHS tapes, School of Engineering reports, Center for Manufacturing Productivity (CMP) reports, and Computer Integrated Program (CIP) reports.
