Includes prisoners from the following regiments: 5 NY, 16 NY, 109 NY, 28 MA, Colored, 11 US, 44 NY, 3 MD, 112PA, 15 CT, and many others.

Fanny Farmer

The Fanny Farmer candy company operated in Rochester, New York from 1919 to 1967. This collection consists of a First Edition candy box illustrated with Beatrix Potter-named rabbits with Easter eggs on sides, rabbit in watering can on front. The illustrations are not Beatrix Potter but in a distinct 1950s style. Produced by Fanny Farmer Studios.

The Phalanx itself was a Fourieran socialist group that lived near Sodus Bay from 1844 to 1846. The record book dates from 1844.

This collection consists of two diaries from rural Monroe County in the mid-to-late ninteenth century. The diary of George Gallup dates from 1848 to 1858 and was written in Sweden, New York, while the diary of Frank and Rosa Rowley was written in Hilton, New York, between 1885 and 1889. The diaries discuss the daily activities of the authors during these years.

This collection consists of photographs taken by a member or members of the Villnow family of Rochester, New York. The photographs consist of 114 glass plate negatives, containing images of family, friends and Rochester, New York-area scences. The images are dated from 1910 and 1911.

Darron, William

Wilma K. Smith was a Pennsylvania native whose family migrated to Penn Yan during her childhood and who attended the Rochester Business Institute (RBI) in the early 1920s. This collection consists of a single scrapbook that Smith maintained during her time at RBI, through her post-graduation life up to her wedding day. The scrapbook includes autographs from her classmates at RBI, programs and memorabilia from events she attended, newspaper clippings, calling cards, greeting cards, and business cards.
