Correspondence, diaries, photograph albums of Muriel Orr-Ewing (nicknamed "Meiko"). Collection includes records as founding president of the British Association of Women Executives and headmistress of the English girls finishing school, The Grove. Also includes personal correspondence with opera singer, Adèle Leigh, child author Berthe Grimault, and other notable writers and poets.

Park, Julian, 1888-1965
Papers of Julian Park, the first dean of Arts and Sciences (1919-1954) and the University's first Historian (1959-1965). Collection includes historical documents concerning the inception and early history of the University which Park used as research for his publication, History of the University of Buffalo (1917). Also includes an unpublished manuscript for a subsequent history of the University; typewritten memoir; scrapbooks regarding his father, Roswell Park and the University of Buffalo (1907-1964).

The plans, drawings and photographs were used in the book Hayes Historic District, found in both the University Archives and Architecture and Planning Library under the call number NA108.B8 H388 1989.

Wilmot, Henry Amos
The Henry Amos Wilmot Papers consist primarily of the financial records of Dr. Wilmot from the time of his graduation from the University of Buffalo Medical School in 1877 until his death in 1924, documenting names of patients, dates of treatments, costs, and when, how or whether Dr. Wilmot was paid. Also includes letter files, consisting mainly of bills for medical supplies and other items, as well as Dr. Wilmot's framed diploma.

The papers of Prominent Local Jews in the Jewish Archives of Greater Buffalo include the papers of Donald S. Day, Dorothy Goldberg, Bernard Mandelkern, Morton Merowitz, Haskell Penn, and Milton Plesur as well as oral history interviews with other notable persons. Included in the collection are committee reports, correspondence, photographs, and citizenship records.

Record books, 1890-1902, 1912-1913, containing lists of members and officers, and minutes of meetings; annual programs, 1891-1987, containing the year's events, plays read and the constitution of the club; photographs, circa 1904-1987; scrapbooks commemorating the 75th and 100th anniversaries of the club; papers, circa 1903-1970, written by members on plays and other literary topics, read at the annual Shakespeare nights; clippings and correspondence concerning the club, and a history of the club compiled at the time of its 75th anniversary. Also included are memorabilia and clippings about Shakespeare collected by the club and a set of critical editions of Shakespeare's plays by Henry N. Hudson, purchased by the club in 1890.
