Memorabilia consists primarily of financial, legal, and printed materials, photographs and scrapbooks.

Printed material consists of books owned by Roscoe, clippings about Roscoe or those which contained story ideas, publicity, and reviews. Many of the scrapbooks pertain to his writings on naval history.
