The June 4 Memorial Fund was an independent, non-profit student/faculty organization initiated in 1989 to promote human rights for all Chinese people.

The collection contains research material on school integration including press clippings, speeches, and correspondence related to efforts to integrate the school system of Buffalo, New York as well as other civil rights issues including the 1963 March on Washington. Collection also includes personal memorabilia and family papers.

The papers of the Buffalo chapter of the National Organization for Women (NOW) from 1973-1986. Records were kept in part by NOW Chapter Presidents Paulette Hammond, Mary Jo Egner, and Linda Cleveland.
