Most of the collection consists of essays, apparently written by Left Socialist Revolutionaries on a variety of topics. Kamkov"Uroki parizhskoĭ kommuny" and G. Nestroev"O kont︠s︡essiakh sovetskomu pravitelśtvu." Most of the manuscripts were written in th early 1920's. Printed materials include Steinberg's book"Ot fevrali︠a︡ do okti︠a︡bri︠a︡, 1917 g." (Berlin, 192_), Soviet legal publications from the period, and galleys for an article by an unknown author concerning worker fatigue.
