The Executive Committee determined the manner in which the books and accounts of the corporation were kept and examined the accounts and vouchers of the Treasurer for moneys either received or paid out by him. This Committee submitted a written report to the Board of Trustees at each meeting of that Board and submitted an annual report at the annual meeting of the Corporation.
