The East Harlem Protestant Parish (EHPP) was an interdenominational ministry seeking to provide leadership in the development of community life, and was an excellent example of an ecumenical ministry in a local, inner-city setting. The collection contains documents and photographs of the churches, individuals, programs, and committees of the EHPP.

George Heber Jones was a pioneer Methodist missionary in Korea. The collection contains correspondence; lectures and notes; a sermon; outlines; seminar notes and syllabi; news clippings; and annotated chapters from Heber's books, including a substantial collection of resources and reference materials for his published work, Christianity and World Democracy.

Emilie M. Townes is a womanist ethicist and an author and speaker on African American women and the church, specializing in themes such as the oppressive forces of race, sex, and sexuality in the church and society. She has held appointments at the Vanderbilt University Divinity School, the Yale Divinity School, and Union Theological Seminary. The collection contains addresses and sermons, publications, correspondence, coursework and teaching material, memorabilia, and other related materials that reflect her life, work, and thought as a womanist theologian.

Charles Tudor Leber was General Secretary of the Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. The collection contains Leber's correspondence while on tour from 1944-1945 and again in 1953 in Asia, Europe, and Central and South America.

The Lutheran World Federation is an international organization of Lutheran Congregations and serves as the highest governing body for member churches. The collection contains documents from the second and third Lutheran World Federation Assemblies in 1952 and 1957, yearly runs of the News Bulletin of the Lutheran World Federation from 1946 to 1950, press releases made by the Lutheran World Federation, and the Newsletter of the 3rd Assembly.

Letha Dawson Scanzoni is an evangelical feminist activist and writer specializing in topics of gender, marriage, sex education, theology, women's subordination, and lesbian and gay rights. She was a founding member of the Evangelical and Ecumenical Women's Caucus (EWC/EEWC) and editor of EEWC Update and the EEWC-CFT website from their inception to her retirement in 2013. The collection contains her research materials, publications, correspondence, and EWC/EEWC administrative and conference materials.

This collection contains professional and personal materials of Reverend Doctor James Hal Cone, a pioneering voice in American religious history and founder of black liberation theology. Materials include teaching materials such as syllabi and student work, notes, lectures and documentation of speaking engagements, supporting research for and manuscripts of publications, photographs, personal and professional correspondence, documentation of committee and other work at UTS, financial materials, AV materials used for research and documenting speaking engagements, books, and awards and memorabilia.

The Theological Discussion Group, meeting twice yearly in weekend retreat initially at Yale University, included Reinhold Niebuhr, Richard Niebuhr, Paul Tillich, Henry Van Dusen, James Luther Adams, Georgia Harkness and many other leading Christian thinkers. Papers were presented and critiqued, and issues concerning the evolution of Christianity and the modern world discussed. The collection contains typescript addresses presented to the Theological Discussion Group, as well as a small amount of administrative correspondence, including lists of members.

The Council for the Clinical Training of Theological Students (CCTTS) was founded in 1925 by Anton T. Boisen. In later years, Dr. Helen Flanders Dunbar became the organization's Medical Director and Henry Pitney Van Dusen became a member of the CCTTS board of governors. The records reflect the development of the concept for CCTTS from Anton Boisen's initial proposal through the project's early activities in lively "Hospital Pictorials" to more formal administrative documents of the incorporated organization and the spread of the program to other hospitals and areas. The collection also contains some typescript writings by Anton Boisen and CCTTS board correspondence from Henry Pitney Van Dusen.

This collection contains minutes, proceedings, speeches, administrative and financial records, promotional materials, correspondence, and other records pertaining to the National Workshop on Christian Unity, an annual event that encourages ecumenical discussion and networking.
