The General files series contains administrative materials like founding documents, membership records, and funding applications. Additionally, there are materials for various CLAG committees, general meetings, and publications.

Conferences contains planning documents, programs, schedules, and proceedings for the conferences CLAG has organized.

Within The Golfito Experience series are materials related to a research expedition program CLAG organized multiple times to Golfito, Costa Rica, from 1986 to 1990.
