The Robert Togneri Papers consists of clippings collected by Togneri and a scan of his identification card for the Lockerbie Incident Control Centre. The clippings are from various Scottish newspapers from the days surrounding the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland, and the subsequent crash at Rosebank Crescent.
- Biographical / Historical:
Robert Togneri was a constable with the Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary in 1988. Togneri also lived in the town of Lockerbie, Scotland at the time of the bombing. He was on the scene the night Pan Am 103 crashed. Togneri retired from the force in 2009.
