This collection includes Adviser's Handbooks from the 1971/1972 academic year to the present. Handbooks are organized alphabetically and cover topics such as academic honesty, grades, majors, and studying abroad. The last few pages of some handbooks provide advisers with examples of paperwork such as "add/drop" forms, requests for an incomplete grade, and approval forms for concentrations and minors. The collection also includes some copies of handbooks that have been annotated. In addition to the handbooks themselves, some folders contain correspondence, notes, and information about University programs. Starting in the 2015/2016 academic year, handbooks were produced in electronic form only; printed copies have been included in the collection.

Papers of Classics professor, Alan Cameron who taught at Columbia University between 1977 and his retirement in 2008. At the time of his death (July 31, 2017) he was the Charles Anthon Professor Emeritus of Latin and Literature at Columbia University. Materials in this collection include extensive correspondence files (including many with distinguished classicists), scholarly lectures, lectures given on cruise ships, course lectures, research files, unfinished and unpublished work, manuscripts for a book about Constantinople, CVs, memoirs and memorial materials.
Alan Colquhoun papers, 1942-2010 10 document boxes
This collection is composed primarily of correspondence, memoranda, course material, photographs, drawings and slides. The collection is broken down into personal and academic papers. The academic papers pertain mainly to Colquhoun's career as a writer and theoretician and professor at Princeton University's School of Architecture. The personal papers consist mainly of correspondences with friends and family, as well as notebooks, which Colquhoun kept from the 1940s. The visual materials (photographs and drawings) straddle the two categories. Many of the photographs were taken by Colquhoun himself, to be used later in his teaching, while the drawings consist of both student work and reproductions of works from his practice with John Miller. For the majority of the collection, Colquhoun's folder titles have been maintained and the material has been arranged chronologically. The collection is arranged into four series.

Collection contains the papers of Alberta Arthurs, a consultant in the cultural and philanthropy fields and a former Director of the Arts and Humanities Division at the Rockefeller Foundation. Most of the papers regard Arthurs' career in philanthropy from when she departed the Rockefeller Foundation in 1996 to about 2006. Papers, speeches, drafts, notes, proposals, research materials, correspondence, photographs, and conference materials provide evidence of the various projects Arthurs managed and supported during this time period. Some of the key focuses of these initiatives and studies include the relationship between nonprofit and for-profit organizations within the arts field, cultural policy, cultural diplomacy, the relationship between culture and development, the role of emerging technologies within the arts, communication and convening in the arts field, and convening for cultural policy.

Ditson Fund was established at Columbia University in 1940 and is still active in its primary function of providing financial support to composers, performances, and recordings of contemporary American music. The fund also gives out the annual Ditson Conductor's Award, established in 1945, which honors conductors who have a distinguished record of championing American music. The collection includes files regarding the selection of this prize across several decades, as well as financial records, meeting minutes, applicant files, and subject files for the general Fund since its creation.

Al-Mutanabbi Street Starts Here is an arts initiative and an archival collection, conceived as a response to violence and directed at creating shared cultural spaces. The project and the collection were initiated in 2007 following a car bombing of al-Mutanabbi Street (the street of the booksellers) in Baghdad, Iraq. As of 2019, the archive holds approximately 260 artists' books, 200 prints, and 100 letterpress broadsides as well as 35 photographs (from the newly launched and related project, Shadow and Light).
Includes minutes of the chapter's meetings (1859-1938, 1947-1960); correspondence relating to the history of the chapter as collected by Harvey F. The bulk of the content is from 1979 to 1998, during which time Phyllis Korn acted as executive director. The strength of this collection is that it documents and underscores the intricacies and endurance of beginning and operating a non-profit domestic violence shelter in New York State.

Also included are the files of related Chinese relief organizations: Aid Refugee Chinese Intellectuals, 1954-1969; American Emergency Relief, 1941-1946; United Services to China, 1941-1977. Of particular interest are approximately 6,000 photographs of Chinese medical colleges, hospitals, laboratories and personnel and 45 phonograph records including speeches by such ABMAC supporters as Mme.
