This collection contains reports, correspondence, audiovisual materials (videos, CDs, photographs and negatives), and publications. The collection contains materials about Eastern European Art organizations and the evnironmental groups which were promoted through grants made by the Trust for Mutual Understanding. Grants were made directly to the Eastern European institutions or American institutions who were working in collaboration with an Eastern European organization.

Collection contains publications, models, and slides which document Madawick's association with the Industrial Designers Society of America as well as various projects during his tenure at RCA. Also, material relating to John Vassos, whom Madawick recruited to work for RCA.
