Thomas's correspondence with critics and magazine editors concerning her work; and the correspondence of her literary executors with Mark Van Doren about the publication of a posthumous volume of her poetry. Manuscripts and typescripts of her poems; the typescript of the posthumous edition of her poetry, poems rejected by the editors of this book, and their notes; and her prose manuscripts, including her M.A. thesis on the literary and psychological sources of Lawrence Durrell's "The Sonnet of Hamlet;" and the typescript of her anthology of poetry for use in secondary schools.

She kept the vast number of letters asking her advice and the typescripts of her replies. Among the cataloged correspondents are Ann Landers, Jo Mielziner, Dorothy Schiff, and Abigail Van Buren.

The correspondence is primarily with member clubs throughout Europe, and the manuscripts are chiefly minutes of federation and club meetings. Also included in the collection are several photographs, some financial records, a file on the women's team, clippings, programs and four issues of the federation's illustrated year-book.

This collection consists of Rossiter Johnson's manuscript memoirs, "The Gossip of a Lifetime," part 1 and part 2. The manuscript discussed Johnson's early life and experiences in Rochester, New York along with his later life in New York City including his jobs, his associations with people, and his literary career and works. The collection also contains letters of amendments, and a contract between Johnson, Oscar Fay Adams, and Ticknor and Company for publishing.

Also, letters and printed material related to the Provincetown Art Association, for which Moffett served as an officer.

The bulk of the collection is comprised of typescript signed poems by Charles Bukowski; some are photocopies of typescripts or computer-printed pages but are signed in ink. The collection also includes a painting by Charles Bukowski, a painting and screen print by Jack Micheline, two Black Sparrow Press broadsides of poems by Bukowski, posters advertising readings by Bukowski, a dubbed copy of documentary The Best Hotel on Skid Row, and a small file of correspondence from Bukowski to various recipients. The materials in this collection, part of a larger private collection assembled by Ross Runfola, were donated by Runfola and were originally part of an auction by PBA Galleries in 2011.

Roswell D. Hitchcock (1817-1887) was a Presbyterian Congregational minister, church historian, and Union Theological Seminary president. The collection contains lecture notes taken by students of Hitchcock, correspondence, and manuscript material by Hitchcock and others.

Consists of correspondence, writings, diaries and account books of Roswell Howell Ward. Papers pertain primarily to his 1948 biography Henry A. Ward, Museum Builder to America.
