Collection includes material by and related to Albert Rhys Williams. The bulk of the materials in the collection appear to be Albert Rhys Williams' writings and published materials (in English and Russian). A small amount of correspondence, photographs, and other materials is also present in the collection.

Eda Rapoport was a Jewish American composer and pianist. Her papers are comprised primarily of manuscripts of musical scores arranged by Rapoport, as well as commercially-printed music. The collection also features recordings of performances of Rapoport's works dating from 1939 to 1966.

This collection consists of 35 drawings, one clipping, and one copy of the Yiddish newspaper "The Big Stick" (December 24,1920 - fragile). It contains political content, as well as a drawing of Boris Bakhmeteff, another of Brander Matthews, and a cartoon referring to Florenz Ziegfeld.

Papers documenting Longwell's influential career in publishing and journalism. There are files of correspondence with such notables as Sir Winston Churchill, Ernest Hemingway, Thomas Hart Benton, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Christopher Morley, and H.L. Mencken as well as artists such as Tom Lea and Peter Hurd. Also, correspondence and memoranda dealing with the Time-Life organization, among them an extensive series of letters from Henry R. Luce and various editors of the magazines.

Manuel Ramos Otero (1948-1990) is considered the first openly gay writer from Puerto Rico. He resided in New York City for much of his adult life. In 1990, he returned to his hometown of Manatí, Puerto Rico, where he died of complications from HIV/AIDS. The collection includes personal and professional correspondence, manuscripts, notebooks and notes, reviews, photographs, and newspaper clippings. These materials range in date from Otero's infancy to his death, 1948-1990. There is also a small section of the collection that contains material related to Otero posthumously, which dates from 1990 to 2007.
