Charles Tudor Leber was General Secretary of the Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. The collection contains Leber's correspondence while on tour from 1944-1945 and again in 1953 in Asia, Europe, and Central and South America.

This collection contains a commemorative album presented to Presbyterian missionary Edwin Carlyle Lobenstine and his wife, Susan Clark Lobenstine, on the occasion of his retirement from the National Christian Council of China.

Hervey De Witt Griswold was a Presbyterian missionary in Lahore, Punjab, India (now Pakistan) from 1890-1926. The collection includes Griswold's diaries, sermons, published essays, council notes, prayer books, and Bible studies.

James Shepard Dennis was a Presbyterian missionary, historian, and statistician of missions who served for four years as a missionary in Syria, primarily in Sidon and Zahleh, and was professor in the Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Beirut from 1873 – 1891. The collection contains correspondence; meeting minutes; an address book; a Book of Particulars; and information about the publication of Christian Missions and Social Progress, by Dennis.

Lorenzo Warriner Pease was a Presbyterian missionary in Cyprus. The collection contains diaries and correspondence by Pease and his family, sermons, essays and notes, linguistic manuals, and studies, as well as surrogate photocopies of some collection material.

Robert Hamill Nassau was a Presbyterian missionary who served throughout West Africa, including Benita; Belambla; Kangwe; Talaguga; Baraka (Libreville); and Batanga. The collection contains letters sent to and received by Nassau from friends and family, and a selection of personal and biographical information.

Samuel Dodd was an American United Presbyterian missionary in Ningbo, China and Hangzhou, China; Samuel Thompson Carter Dodd was his eldest son, born in Ningbo, China. The collection contains a copy of Samuel Dodd's 1861-1877 journal typed and with notes by his son, as well as correspondence and photographs.
