This collection consists of one file including: letters, a thrift card, a certificate of naturalization, regulations on permits for German immigrants, and work papers. The materials included details of life for a German immigrant family during the years of 1898-1919.

Tracey Irving Brooks was a professional quality photographer based in the Capitol Region of New York State's Hudson River Valley. Born in 1888 Mr. Brooks photographed Hudson River steamboats during the first half of the 1900s. The collection covers an extensive variety of steamboats on the upper portion of the Hudson River. The collection includes photographs, postcard images and glass plate negatives of steamers, tugboats and ferries from Tracey I. Brooks' collection.

This collection assembles hundreds of photographs and some slides that have come into the possession of the Hudson Area Library over the years, either by donation or purchase. Photographs date from the early 1800s to the mid-2000s and depict people, places, and activities in Hudson, N.Y. as well as wider Columbia County.

The Kiosk Collection contains materials from Kiosk: A Journal of Poetry, Poetics, and Experimental Prose, published by Poetics students at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York, including editorial correspondence and submissions.

This collection consists of materials related to the Rochester Sesquicentennial celebration in 1984. Practically all of the materials date from that year. The materials consist of posters, newspaper clippings, a press packet, realia, ephemera, pamphlets, fliers, programs, photographs and postcards.

The collection contains miscellaneous office files of Sara Rios, former Director of the Human Rights and Governance Unit within the Peace and Social Justice Division at the Ford Foundation. Her office files contain conference files, reports, press materials, correspondence, and publications. Many grant-related materials in the collection between 1997 and 2000 are the files of Alan Jenkins. Jenkins preceded Rios in her role as Program Officer in the Peace and Social Justice Program from 1997-2000. Some correspondence with grantees and potential grantees is also present after 2000, when Jenkins became Deputy Director of Human Rights and International Cooperation at the Ford Foundation and when he was appointed Director of the reorganized Human Rights Program in 2001.

This collection consists of materials related to the Rochester Workmen's Circle and its founder, Harry Z. Cohen. These materials date between 1961 and 1973, and include newspaper clippings, a typescript history of the organization, event programs and other ephemera.

The AT & T Long Lines Engineering Development Program (LLEDP) was a program in the RPI School of Engineering that was designed for practicing engineers. Materials include class schedules, course outlines, a laboratory notebook, student rosters, and various program records.
