Papers of Dr. Asa Bertram Lemon, Dean of the School of Pharmacy, 1926-1969 document the growth of the School of Pharmacy and Alumni Association during Dr. Lemon's time at the University at Buffalo. The collection includes his state and local professional pharmaceutical activities and correspondence as well course material, correspondence and song books from the School of Pharmacy.

Collection contains files of Marchand (Shonnie) Finnegan as Secretary & Vice President of the University of Buffalo Chapter, American Association of University Professors and it's Committee on Academic Freedom and Tenure, mainly concerning the period of campus unrest, 1969-1971 and the arrest of the 45 faculty members during student protests in the Spring of 1970. Novitsky, Anthony W. (Anthony William)
Papers either produced or collected by Anthony Novitsky that document opposition to the Vietnamese Conflict. A number of organizations are represented. Also included is an oral history interview taped by Christopher Densmore, University Archives, July 25, 1978 that covers Novitsky's activities in the Catholic peace movement, the anti-war movement in Buffalo, and his recollections of various individuals and organizations in Buffalo during the late 1960s and early 1970s.

The papers of Arnold Berleant (1932-present), a musician and philosophy scholar whose works have focused on the study of aesthetics, environmental aesthetics, and ethics. This collection contains drafts and final versions of items he authored such as books, journal articles, essays, lectures; correspondence with colleagues and journal editors; research materials (newspaper clippings, journal articles, book excerpts, etc.); and materials related to professional conferences and meetings. Includes annotated manuscripts of Dr. Bernhardt S. Gottlieb's books Understanding Your Adolescent (1957), What a Boy Should Know About Sex (1960), What a Girl Should Know About Sex (1961), and What You Should Know About Marriage. Also includes handwritten notes, an annotated copy of Gottlieb's thesis submitted to Columbia University for the degree of Doctor of Medicine Science (The Prognosis in Hebephrenic Schizophrenia), and a reprint of an article based on the thesis published in the American Journal of Psychiatry (September 1940).

This collection consists of a Camp Fire Girls ceremonial uniform that was owned by Beth Hamstra and her grandmother Clara Jane Rettew. The badges and beads on the uniform signify awards and achievements earned by both Hamstra and Rettew. A key to the beads and the swimming emblems can be found in the collection and collection's accession file.
