As President of the Rockefeller Foundation he is involved in the institutional and administrative duties of the Rockefeller Foundation, International Health Board and China Medical Board. In 1924, Vincent take a trip to the Near East and Jamaica to survey medical education and facilities, determine need of Rockefeller Foundation assistance, and assess program progress.
