The Academic Regalia collection contains robes, hoods, and caps worn by University of Rochester administrators, faculty, students, and trustees at formal events. Descriptions of regalia include the name of the manufacturer (Cotrell and Leonard, for example) when this information is known. Each set of regalia has been assigned a number, which appears before the title of the item(s).
The ADAM International Review Papers contain records from the University of Rochester's affiliation with the literary magazine ADAM. These materials date from 1968 to 1973. The papers also include photocopied manuscripts that the magazine's founder-editor, Miron Grindea, donated to the University. The collection is organized into five series: 1) correspondence, 2) distribution, 3) finances, 4) publicity, and 5) manuscripts.
Correspondence, programs, membership lists, etc., of Administrators Anonymous, a group of junior level University administrators who met regularly for a luncheon and speaker.
This collection includes Adviser's Handbooks from the 1971/1972 academic year to the present. Handbooks are organized alphabetically and cover topics such as academic honesty, grades, majors, and studying abroad. The last few pages of some handbooks provide advisers with examples of paperwork such as "add/drop" forms, requests for an incomplete grade, and approval forms for concentrations and minors. The collection also includes some copies of handbooks that have been annotated. In addition to the handbooks themselves, some folders contain correspondence, notes, and information about University programs. Starting in the 2015/2016 academic year, handbooks were produced in electronic form only; printed copies have been included in the collection.

The Boar's Head Dinner Collection contains materials about the planning of the event, speeches by University faculty and administrators, music, formal invitations and posters, and some historical background. Much of the material about planning and speakers dates from the mid-1990s to the early 2010s.

The Kodak-University of Rochester Exhibit Collection consists of the photographs and slides used in a joint exhibit in 1960. The photographs are primarily scenes from the River Campus and University Medical Center Pediatrics unit, as well as classrooms from area schools.
