There are letters from Russian emigre writers such as Mark Aldanov, Ekaterina Kuskova, Mikhail Osorgin, and Alekseĭ Remizov, and by western authors, including Henri Barbusse and Alexander Roda Roda. Manuscripts include memoirs, stories, and notebooks of Damanskai︠a︡. Printed materials consist of clippings of her articles, and one book by her entitled "Kartochnye domiki sovetskogo stroitelśtva" (1920).

Correspondence, manuscripts, notes, documents, photographs and printed materials of Frank. The collection reflects almost every aspect of his career, but especially his life in Germany, France, and England after his expulsion from Russia in 1922. Among the correspondents are Nikolaĭ Berdi︠a︡ev, Sergeĭ Bulgakov, Albert Einstein, Georgiĭ Florovskiĭ, Nikolaĭ Losskiĭ, Fedor Stepun, and Petr Struve; there are one or two items each from Vi︠a︡cheslav Ivanov, Bernard Pares, and Alekseĭ Remizov. There are also many letters from Semen Frank and his wife Tati︠a︡na to their son Viktor, and from Peter Struve's family to the Franks. Manuscripts for several of Frank's books are in the collection, such as "Svet vo tḿe" "Realńost ́i chelovek" and "Biografii︠a︡ P.B. Struve." Other manuscript materials by Frank include essays and lectures, outlines of courses he taught as a professor in Russia before his expulsion, and notebooks. There are also two poems by Vi︠a︡cheslav Ivanov. Among the printed works are Frank's Bible and offprints of his articles. There are photographs of Sergeĭ Bulgakov, Fedor Stepun, and of the Frank and Struve families.

Collection includes 1 letter each from Konstantin Balḿont and Alekseĭ Remizov, and copies of letters by Ivan Bunin. Manuscripts by Grebenshchikov in the collection include "Churaevy," and "Mikula, the turbulent giant." Also included are manuscripts by Balḿont and Remizov.

Besides correspondence, there are a few manuscripts, and also biographical information on many of the authors. Among the correspondents are Ivan Bunin, Vladimir Nabokov, Alekseĭ Remizov, Gleb Struve, and Boris Vysheslavt︠s︡ev.

The collection partially consists of letters, most of which are to Nadezhda. Among the correspondents are Nikolaĭ Losskiĭ, Alekseĭ Remizov, and Nikolaĭ Roerich. Also included are manuscripts of his writings, such as "I︠U︡ra" and "Pod novymi zvezdami."

Correspondence, subject files, and printed materials of Ili︠́a︡ Markov, who emigrated to France after the Civil War. The correspondence includes letters for Alekseĭ Remizov, and there is a photograph of Aleksandr Kuprin. Subject files concern the Civil War (including the attempts of a Captain Muravév to form "revolutionary shock battalions" in 1917); Leonid Menshchikov, at one time an agent of the Imperial secret police; and Russian refugees in Serbia, in 1920.

The papers consist of correspondence, manuscripts, notes, documents, photographs, subject files, and printed materials. Among the correspondents are Louis Marin, Mikhail Osorgin, Alekseĭ Remizov, Boris Ubegaun, George Vernadsky, and the "Eurasianists" Petr Savitskiĭ and Petr Suvchinskiĭ; there is one letter from Nikolaĭ Marr. There is the manuscript of Nikitin's memoirs, "Arabeski: pochemu i︠a︡ stal vostochnikom?" There are extensive notes of lectures by Nikolaĭ Berdi︠a︡ev in 1925. Numerous photographs date from Nikitin's service in Iran. Subject files concern the Eurasian movement (evraziĭstvo), and the Committee "For Return to the Homeland" ("Za Vozvrashchenie na Rodinu"). Printed materials largely consist of Nikitin's own writings.

The collection consists mainly of correspondence, financial records, and subject files. Also included are protocols of meetings and reports, photographs, membership and subscription lists, and printed materials. The cataloged materials include manuscripts sent by such authors as Alekseĭ Remizov and Boris Zaĭt︠s︡ev for "Den ́Russkogo Rebenka" (Day of the Russian Child) in the 1930s, as well as correspondence from Nikolaĭ Vakar, Claire Boothe Luce, Aleksandra Tolstai︠a︡, and others. The bulk of the collection consists of correspondence with and about beneficiaries, and financial records from the period 1926-57.

There are letters from Mark Aldanov, Konstantin Balḿont, Aleksandr Benois, Pavel Mili︠u︡kov, Alekseĭ Remizov, Marina T︠S︡vetaeva, and many others. Also included are two poems by Aminad Shpoli︠a︡nskiĭ (Dom-Aminado; one of the poems is incomplete), and poems by Konstantin Balḿont and Georgiĭ Adamovich; the latter two both concern "Poslednie Novosti.".

Most of the manuscripts are from the late 1940s. They are chiefly organized into collections of memoirs, essays, and dreams. Many were published, albeit in somewhat different form and order, in Remizov's later books, such as "Pli︠a︡shuschiĭ demon" "Myshkina dudochka" and "Martyn Zadeka." Some of the manuscripts are in one or more handwritten drafts; some are in typescript, or consist of corrected clippings appended to pieces of paper; and some are rather chaotic notes and scraps. Also included are clippings and offprints of several of Remizov's shorter works.
