In response to the issues and concerns of a growing rural county a group of concerned citizens formed the Citizen’s Transportation Committee of Saratoga County as a “ countywide clearinghouse to provide efficient transportation modes and infrastructure that will consider both the current needs and by projecting thirty years out, future needs, using the expertise of existing agencies, informed individuals, and organizations as support resources.”
