- Biographical / Historical:
Alison Palmer was a Foreign Service Officer for the US Department of State, and an Episcopal priest "irregularly" ordained in 1975 in Washington, DC as part of the "Washington 4"; she filed lawsuits for gender discrimination as a Foreign Service Officer and as Episcopal priest.
