Biographical / Historical:

The Declaration of Atlantic Unity was a loose-knot organization of prominent persons in the United States, Canada, and most West European nations that desired greater unity among these countries on policies which affected them all. The issues with which these persons concerned themselves primarily were common economic and defense problems.
