Scope and Content:

The collection consists of electronic records on work relating to AIUSA work on Latin America and the Caribbean. All files are stored on 3.5 inch floppy disks or as scans on zip drives.

Biographical / Historical:

The collection documents the work of Carlos Miguel Salinas, who was the AIUSA Government Program Officer/Advocacy Director for Latin America and the Caribbean from 1990-2000 and Acting Director for Government Relations from 2000-2001.
