Scope and Content:

This collection documents the activities of Kiosk: A Journal of Poetry, Poetics, and Experimental Prose, a journal edited by University at Buffalo Poetics students Gordon Hadfield, Sasha Steensen, and Kyle Schlesinger, including editorial correspondence and submissions, from 2002-2003. It is arranged alphabetically by author. The collection includes work by Rae Armantrout, Charles Bernstein, Lyn Hejinian, Marjorie Perloff, and Leslie Scalapino.

Biographical / Historical:

Kiosk: A Journal of Poetry, Poetics, and Experimental Prose was edited by University at Buffalo Poetics students Gordon Hadfield, Sasha Steensen, and Kyle Schlesinger. A once-defunct journal of the University at Buffalo English Department published from 1986-1996 (the original title, The Moral Kiosk, was shortened to Kiosk after the first two issues), it was revived by Hadfield, Steensen, and Schlesinger and published annually from 2002-2005.
