All items in this collection were transferred to the University Libraries, M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives.

The materials are located onsite in the department.

WSUA 640AM, the University's first student radio station, was founded in 1963. It featured music, news programs, and live broadcasts of University at Albany sporting events. In 1978, the station received an FM license from the FCC and became WCDB 90.9FM.

Materials in this collection include: meeting minutes, handbooks, program schedules and logs, internal memoranda, correspondence with record companies and the FCC, budget records, accounting books, and promotional ephemera. Topics covered in the collection include: station policies, FCC licensing, advertising, and programming.

The collection is unprocessed and is likely disorganized. Individual items may be difficult to find.
